agree to abide by all of the rules and regulations.
I also understand that activities at this
club involve firearms. I am aware of the risks and hazards and agree to hold
harmless the ZIA RIFLE AND PISTOL CLUB, its officers,
agents, employees and anyone acting on behalf of the club from any and all
liability while I am at the ZIA range facility. I also
assume responsibility for any harm caused by me or any guest I sponsor at the
range.
I also state under pain and penalty of
perjury that I am not prohibited by any federal, state or local law from
possessing or using firearms.
