ARTICLE X - DISBANDMENT OR DISSOLVEMENT

In the event this Club is disbanded or dissolved all assets and debts of the Club shall be liquidated and title to any surplus shall be vested in the National Rifle Association or America Foundation [USC 26, Sect. 501 (cj) (3J) ]

Safety is not just the  Number One Issue, It is THE  MORAL ISSUE!
