ARTICLE XI - AMENDMENTS

These By-laws may be altered or amended, in whole or in part, or new By-laws adopted at any Annual Meeting of the Club: or at any Special Meeting of the Club (as per ARTICLE V – SECTION 6. (A)) called for that purpose; provided notice of the intended alteration or amendment shall be first published in two consecutive issues of the Club Newsletter immediately prior to that meeting.  Adoption of any alteration or amendment, repeal or substitution, shall require an affirmative vote of two thirds of the Members present and voting at the Meeting as which such vote is taken.  Notice of the outcome shall be published in the next regular issue of the Club Newsletter after the above meeting.
